Invited to 7 Jan class as well. 5 months in the pool.

AF retired, 6k hrs, 2.5k heavy.

Been at AA for 4 months now and I don’t commute, so leaning toward staying put. Comments on my choice welcomed.

Stay put. Not commuting is a big deal. Plus it appears AA is coming around to understanding how far behind DL and United they are, maybe they will get their act together.

If ur staying put let them know so atleast they can get someone else out of pool that really wants to be here.

Nothing beats living in base working for the big 6. If you are cosidering a move in the future it’s worth considering, otherwise stay put.

Gate agents, FAs, passenger terminals... gross. But if you aren't going to move and the choice is commuting; tough call. Best wishes, good luck with your decision.

Got the CJO for Jan 7. In the pool a month. HR mentioned it’s all fleets combined into one class instead of split into two. Super excited to join the team.

Received the CJO for Jan 07. Been swimming for about 5 months. Background 11k total and 7k heavy. Looking forward to meeting everyone and being a part of the team.

where do you live or want to live? that would be my #1 factor, but I despise commuting.
