are you only looking at the big name places? Im sure there are plenty of smaller ops that would love to have you. From my experience most of those smaller ops pay better and have less overnights.

My understanding is they are, but you must live near their HQ for PT Captains.

They are still hiring part time Direct Entry Captains but you must live within 100 miles of PSM and you are PSM based. Also your first 6 months are full time but you will be paid from day one as a Captain.
