i also applied in May i got an email back saying I'm good for the job but are not interviewing, but said there'll be talking to me soon. what ever that means

For the folks who were just hired: what mins were they looking for? How long is the contract?

Contract for an FO is 18 months at 12K (Not 100% sure on the price). Depends on the total time. I interviewed with 508 hours. Started with around 900. It's a an OK company. We are having a problem keeping captains around because they are going to work somewhere else. I would never think about upgrading here.
