4.2/ day like skywest but unlike skywest it applies to reserves as well. Same with their trip and duty rigs (same rigs as OO, they just apply to everyone)

When I was still at OO I had a conversation about this with my friends who went to RAH. Also at some point around early 2018 one of skywest’s pilots made a excel document with a contract comparison RAH vs OO and put it on the FB page. They blew us out of the water on soft pay type stuff. If you are able to find that I think it would be eye opening.
