How long is it taking to hear back with a Hogan invite after a chief pilot meet and greet? Are people getting "metered" if they are at a UAX carrier?

Yes. This is anecdotal, of course, but out of the 5 friends I had at SkyWest, who all left for WN and Spirit, they all got hired not long after updating their app. My friends at Spirit had no degree. M&Gs vary from a week to a month. Mine took 10 days but that was almost a year ago.
