Impossibility of Performance, pretty standard contract law. If you get furloughed, you can not then perform the contract due to no fault of your own, and it renders it invalid.
Can anyone shed some light about the following conditions at Piedmont?
1) Trip/Duty rigs?
2) Minimum hourly pay guarantee?
3) 401k contribution past that second year of service, is it still 4%?
4) Additional flying over the 75 hours is 150%? is there anything paid at 200%?
