I must not have been paying attention when this was explained, but where do you send receipts as a pdf. I'm way behind and haven't gotten any help from emails and phone calls to the company.

You actually got someone to answer an email or the phone? WOW...

I didn't look before writing this, but I don't think .pdf was one of the options. .jpg works, though.

Yeah, I meant jpg....not pdf. I actually never did get anyone to answer the phone and the email replies were so off message that I had to check to make sure they were addressed to me.
Anyway, I have my receipts in jpg and I'm ready to try sending them, just don't know where or how.

Click on the the Expense Report Data link, then click on Travel Reports(or Non-Travel). There is a link on each line to 'upload' your receipts. It worked for me last month, no guarantees this month.

I've never done done it but after you scan your receipts go to the the expense report link. click on the the type report you are filing (travel, non-travel, ITU) One of columns for the expense report month you are submitting for says "upload". click on that and it gives you instructions.

FYI, I'm not sure if Acrobat Reader does it, but Acrobat Professional (i.e. not the free version) will save a PDF file as a JPG file (use the File | Save As... menu).

tiff format works well too and try to set it for 200 dpi.

On the Fox Expense Report Home Tab, there is a link to "Help" and another to "Tutorial" on the left column (last two choices). There's some really good stuff there, and you should check it out if you're confused.

The receipt files can be JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files, 10Mb or less.

Microsoft Paint works just fine for this, and it's included free with Windows.

On a related note, this showed up on FOX for internet charges in HKG.

"Documentation is required to provide validation that no free internet service is provided at the scheduled hotel."

"Original Receipt Required"

Anyone else run into this one?
