Apparently McCarthy made a deal with Democrats to do a separate Ukraine funding bill and didn't tell Republicans until after the CR passed.

Yeah. Matt Gaetz, hostage holder in chief, is where we should be getting our news. And if he did, good for him. That's literally how government is supposed to work. Say it with me. Compromise.

Nothing in the news today saying Ukraine funding included… but AP news said they are “working” on a separate bill for it…

He may have agreed to "work on" a deal, but he can't "do" a deal without the house GOP. So .gov gets funded, and they can take their time to resolve their other issues. Fine.

The way to deal with UA funding is to compromise on the amount. It's not all or nothing, and there's nothing so inherently evil about every last Ukrainian man, woman, and child that there's a moral imperative to deliver them bound and gagged for slaughter to Vlad.

Uh no, "compromise" is not how it works LOL... whoever told you that is either ignorant or lying to you.

I guess the creation of the House and Senate wasn't a compromise but an edict from the King.
