Otherwise, do your job and try to realize how lucky you are to have a decent flying job these days.
I woulda thought you'da been happy with the 16K pay raise that all you guys over at CS recieved. Hell, I know I woulda been...

Thanks for the support Bill. I'm not worried about this guy.
SC, I have NEVER said I am unhappy with having no contract. In fact, I went through every single one of my posts here on the forums and I have never even said whether or not I was for or against a union at CS. For your benefit, I have copied and pasted every post I have made that contains the word "union" in it. As you can see, the only time I mention a union is to provide FACTUAL information concerning CS for people considering employment here, and these posts are ALWAYS in response to someone asking a question:
"Yes, I fly with CS out of DEN. It's a good place to work for. There is a push for a union going on right now, just to let you know. Most people seem to think there will be a vote this year."
"I would make potential future CS employees aware that there is a strong push for a union here at CS due to recent events. If you don't want to deal with that, don't interview."
"There is currently a push for a union here at CS which has been recently strengthened by a rogue firing by upper level management. I will say that the person who was fired was reinstated after about 35 days (with back pay) after a committee (set up by our management) determined the firing was uncalled for."
"8. There is currently talk of a union here at CS. We're also hoping for a raise if the NetJets TA passes this year."
So where are all the "NUMEROUS "no contract" points that you ALWAYS seem obligated to make on previous posts"? There are none. So please get your facts straight before you try to flame someone. The point I made about not having a contract in this post is the first one I have EVER made and is a very valid point for someone considering employment here at CS.
Most of my posts here on the forums have been to provide positive or neutral answers to questions asked by people interested in CS. I feel like I have helped CS by giving people factual (and normally positive) input about employment here. For example, here is one post I wrote for someone asking about the pilot/management relationship:
"I'm just a new hire, but the pilot/management relationship seems very good. They have people return to the company after trying other things. They also seem to care about their pilots. They gave a guy I know three weeks off (paid) when he had a family emergency. They also rearranged my initial training schedule and assigned airplane when I told them I had a wedding I was in and needed to attend."
I have never had a union--how would I know if they are good or bad? I have no interest in the airlines either. I have ALWAYS done my job, and I am very happy with the pay raise (who wouldn't be?) and employment here at CS. Sorry for the long post, but this guy was ridiculous to fly off the handle for absolutely no reason.
