She is a year older than me so will go on Medicare at the perfect time for a Sep 1 date. I’m hoping to exit Nov 1. That would be perfect for me to max out the 36 months and turn 65 at same time.
I've also been seeing a lot of emails the last few months of pilots passing away. It makes one think....
Some one said the 3 years before 65 are better than the 3 years after. I agree.

Hey Denny, was really happy when you made it back from that "thing" earlier this year.
I'm sure we all had different plans in February. Now, not so much. I know you'll do what you need to, and what is right for you and family. Reading your posts on the forum over the years I've got a mental picture of who you are, and I'm ****ed we won't ever get a chance to fly together. My goal was to get to SEA 330B ASAP after a stint as a 220A. This industry, volatile, has once again shown that one must be flexible. That 330B plan for me has been put on extended hold.
Too bad it most likely won't happen. You're one of the good ones Denny. Much respect. Would have loved to made a trip or two with you. Hopefully we can squeeze out of this on the other side better than before. Take care.
