Kuwait airways online booking

I'm trying to book a flight from Kuwait to Cochi, India. I will be paying by credit card thru Kuwairways.com. It says that I need to book the ticket 48 hours prior if using a credit card. Is there way to buy tickets from Kuwait airways from Kuwait airport with a credit card? Also, if I buy a ticket, what if I show up a day ahead or late at the airport? As far as I know, Kuwait airways operates only one flight from Kuwait to Cochin, India daily. Kuwaiti 352, and Kuwaiti 351 coming back.

If any one have any comments on Business class flights from Kuwait to Cochin will also be appreciated.

Thank you,

Tony

Jet Airways through Mumbai.

You're kidding, right? Fly in a stuffed to the gills 737-800 for 3+ hours then connect in Mumbai.

Take the Kuwait non-stop or go Emirates via Dubai. All widebody fleet and great duty free shopping in Dubai.

I believe that the gent was questioning business class. Jet has a cheaper business class ticket than EK $445 US versus $716. The service on Jet may not be as ornate as EK, but at the end of the day one can still get their liquor on both carriers. Also, both carriers are safe with well trained crews and maintained aircraft. At the end of the day, not withstanding the fact that you are an EK flyer, but if you are a fare paying passenger, which would you choose?

As for duty free??? I gotta tell you the duty free in DBX is for the rich and famous and a truly educated consumer. Booze is cheaper in India before clearing customs and after immigration even cheaper than BKK, if you can believe that. At the end of the day does one travel to shop at duty free??? or for the cheapest seat?

I guess it depends if he was paying for it himself or not and what level of frustration one is willig to endure to save a few dollars. I just did a Mumbai turn last night. That place is one big construction zone now. 50 minute gate hold after calling ready for departure. It isn't the ideal place to be making connections from.

Yeah TP... I have to agree with you about the BOM airport operations. A few months back a colleague from a former airline asked to describe what it’s like to operate out of Mumbai. My reply was "Two words. Only two words you need to know. "Organized Chaos".

I did a DBX turn last night. After an A330 departed, we were cleared to line up and wait. I had my F/O hack the clock after the heavy lifted off. I have to tell you that I was impressed with the controller. It was 2 minutes after the heavy lifted off when we were cleared for takeoff. Too bad BOM does not follow ICAO standards when it comes to separation from large and heavy aircraft between departures. And another thing…. I dream of the day when I can actually land with a head wind component on RWY 27 at BOM.

I have to say that the handlers in both DBX and BOM are truly friendly folks here and mean well.

All the best

I think I will take Air arabia from KWI-SHJ-COK. That flight takes off 12 hours prior to the kuwait airways flight , and the price is cheaper also. Also, you can buy ticket from online from Air arabia. Kuwit airways, you have to buy your tickets from online at least 48 hours prior.
