Thanks for the link. I stand corrected.

It looked to me like someone took the picture of the jet as it rested in the dirt (after the fact) and added an AB plume and some dirt effects to make it an action shot. Seemed too clean and clear to be real but with that many photographers around I'm sure someone snapped some great shots like the picture shown.
