All PIC's are or will be on 10/5 by 4/2016 and SIC's with more then 12 months on property will go to 10/5. The schedule sounds bad but it could be worse. It all depends some rotations you will work all 10 and the next maybe only 6 days. I can guarantee I am home more then the Wheels Up crews that are on 8/6. Last rotation I worked 5 days and was off for 11. Is that the norm, absolutely not, but sometimes you luck out.
Not competitive in this labor market. Go to a regional with a flow through to a legacy carrier. Commutair, for example, is adding E145s and will have a flow to UAL. Piedmont is also adding E145s with a flow path to American. There are options out there...

Phenom drivers making 777 pay?

The 12/3 or 10/5 schedule isn't a 12 days away and 3 days home.
It's a 12 day available rotation. As previously said, you may work 1 or all 12 (rarely) days on your rotation.
Making myself sound ignorant? Did I offend you because you work there? My condolences. The APC page clearly shows the pay scale. And is this where you tell me that 12 days on call isn't working? COOL STORY.

NetjJets= ok starting pay. Great benefits. Zero chance for upgrade. Hope you fit in the Phenom.
Airshare = crap starting pay but (hey! It's my first job). The usual benefits, Quick upgrade (attrition). Stay for 5 years and you are making more than an XO Jet PIC or NetJets anytime SIC. Guys at AirShare can start at 40K and top
out at 100k + in less than a few years. Pick your poison.

The pay scales are not "absolutely terrible", that comment alone is a gross exaggeration that brings to question the entire validity of an opinion.

Some people really just need to pull the handle and leave the industry.

Not everybody wants to be an airline pilot. If you do then yes by all means go to a regional. If I was 25 again then maybe I would.

Anyone know if they are hiring in Houston ?

Thanks, I had a interview scheduled about 4 months ago but had to miss it because my day off was rolled and haven't heard anything from them since.

I reapplied so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the information.

What happened to you was a blessing. What you're doing now is better. Stick w it.

Are you a current EAS pilot? We have some unhappy people here but no one I've met is on your level.

Also, if you don't work here, ****.

Thanks
