I know of one (OO CRJ Capt.) that was hired. From application to assessment to interview to job offer was a week and half. He started the 23rd.

Thanks for the feedback! I've read most of this post but since someone just got an assessment on June 22nd one would wonder once happening since the word was they were hiring 40 pilots. Are the interviews not going well?, or is UPS hiring more than 40?,pilots taking other job offers over UPS etc.?

Don't know for sure whys. Possibly more hiring (hope so) but possibly reserves in case someone doesn't make it through training or leaves for whatever reason.
Anyhow glad to get the invite for the assessment and waiting for the call!
it would be nice to hear from some of the guys who got hired or went in for an interview on their experience!

I agree I would love to see some more current interview feedback. I read only one gouge on WFF.

After the assessment is complete, what message shows on the screen to show you passed?

Don't know if this a pass or fail.

Right after clicking submit on the assessment, the screen will flash a pass/fail message. (Less than 1/2 second) Once the screen flashes, then you will see the message ppping loaded. If you missed the flash, you may never know the results.

My screen flashed too fast to read then I got the message above. Still hopeful with an ACTIVE online app.
