One other contributing factor as to why they are in this mess is certain managements personal commitment to keep face and popularity amongst the pilot group at all costs, even if it means damaging the financial integrity of the company...

All for what? So when this airline goes under, your fellow subordinates will put in a good word for you at the next airline? Sounds pretty selfish to me..and in the end we all suffer so that others can keep "face"...?

Fat Lady Singing....
Looks like the end is near. The fat lady is about done singing. Newly appointed CEO walks with less than 4 months in. 3rd world markets and the commercial Serb who bs'd all with a convincing sales pitch and little else, failed yet again. Nothing to do with pilots and saving face D just terrible load factors and nil accounting/accountability.
Swift expected to take over company and salvage what can be salvaged. I suspect Swift will turn the place around with proper decision makers, a proven strategy or simply shut their doors.

Literally the only time I've been interested in the demise of someone's job, furthermore, Dynamic disappearing would be a benefit even to those who had a job there... anyway, I asked because I saw their burnt up 767 still sitting in FLL.

On March 3'rd, 2014 on page ten, post #94 of a thread titled "Air Transport International closing doors?",
you wrote, and I quote, "Just kill it already so we can have the leftovers."

It took me awhile to find it, but I guess this would make it, literally the only TWO times (that I know of) you've been interested in the demise of someone's job...".
