What do you think would be "good" answers to these?
These questions are designed to give them an idea about who you are as a person and how you are as a pilot. It is really difficult to get a snapshot of a candidate from just a 20-30 minute hr interview so they come up with these question. Just answer the questions honestly and put some thought into them before you get to your interview.
If you've ever been an FO or CA, you can easily answer these questions. If not, think back to your CRM classes or time with a good instructor. A good CA and a good CFI have a lot in common including being ultimately responsible for the flight. The key difference is that you are now working together as team (instead of student-teacher relationship) to get the flight accomplished in a safe, efficient manner. A good CA and FO can learn something new from each other on a regular basis.
