Churches have yearbooks?

Quote: Churches have yearbooks?

Some do.

It was years ago when I saw that pic-but much like a trainwreck, it was something that once seen was hard to forget.....

Just pages and pages of normal families-and then.... Capt Striker sitting right there wearing the whole shebang-as if he thought that was somehow appropriate.

-Just damn.

I have see a church yearbook pic of one with his family..... In FULL uniform.

-No kidding.

(Just imagine what everyone in that church thinks.)
Please don't tell me he was wearing his hat.

I'm looking at doing the ATL thing as well. I drove through PTC today and was pretty impressed. I really like how the shopping centers are build back off in the trees. Some of the neighborhoods are quite nice but expensive. Other neighborhoods seem pretty old and run down. Are there any newer subdivisions you would recommend?

I found my way down to Redwine Rd and really liked the area. The schools seem better in South Fayetteville. Any suggestions? Thanks

Check out Kedron hills in PTC, there's a few houses for sale in The Estates in Tyrone (just N. Of PTC) running in the low-mid 300's. There building some new subdivions off of hwy 74 (Joel Cowen), plenty of places on peachtree pkwy. You've got lots of options, I'd recommend getting in touch with a real estate agent who knows the area well and take a look at all your options.

I just bought off Redwine and agree with you. I don't think Starrs Mills is any better (or worse) than Macintosh, but I think we'll be happy there. Good luck. I hate all aspects of Real Estate, but I was very happy with my realtor and would recommend her if you need one.

Any opinions on Dahlonega, GA?

Kids are 13 y.o. - 5 y.o., wife is an English professor. Looking for mountain living, decent schools, and something within 30 minutes of "civilization."

Charlottesville, VA was our dream location, but the reality of the the commute is leading us to look for something in Georgia.

I finally have a contract on my current home and if everything goes well, I'll be moving to Fayetteville in August. Does anybody know of or have a furnished place I could rent for about a month? Prefer 3 bedrooms but could work with 2. 4 person family and 2 dogs that don't dig and have never chewed a single piece of furniture. If the dogs are a show stopper I'll kennel them.

I'd even consider an unfurnished place, pretty sure I could make that work in a pinch.

Thanks!

I've lived in Marietta since I was 14. Lotta pilots from the south side like to talk about how bad the traffic is up here.
It really isn't that bad. You learn some back roads. My house is 30 miles to the lot. I allow 90 minutes from my driveway to the sign in computer in the lounge, and this includes the VERY unscheduled employee bus.

I'm not saying anything bad about Stepford, oops sorry PTC, but don't think because you are a pilot you HAVE to live on the south side. It's more about what yours and your families interests are. Check out all the areas, it's a BIG town.

Ask yourself this: Why is there so much traffic on the Northside? I think maybe because lots and lots of folks want to live on the Northside.
