How often can you bid transfers? Say you get 717 NYC, when can you transfer to ATL assuming there are people jr to you in ATL?

I was only hired once Delta.

I only keep tabs on the drops to see the amount of people arriving behind me... sometimes they post faster on Facebook... and because inquiring minds want to know...
