Indoc is about 9 days, then some time off running about 4 weeks currently, then you finally return for equipment training which will also run about 4weeks

One can never predict who is going to bid for what. Even both 737s drops went fairly far before people bid for them. Expect the unexpected!!!

Two weeks of indoc. Minimum 7 days off to follow (could be a few weeks), then aircraft training for about a month.

Doubt it. Still like 200 unfilled er spots from the last ae even with all the new hires going into it.
