Out of question, is getting hired here at Commercial bare min requirements possible? Also, what bases do they really need pilots? How full is MSP and PHX? How many pilots are based at these airports?

While I don't have any inside information, a recent Facebook post suggests that we are currently hiring for DEN and BWI. Getting hired at "commercial bare min" would be very difficult unless there is something else that makes your resume pop. I'm hearing 500 hours or more is what we are currently looking for.

I'm really close to 75 hours Instrument. Would that help?

Very unlikely. Not sure about MSP, but PHX is full at the moment.
Most competitive SIC applicants have 500-750 TT with some other experience (instructing, etc).
