From a XJT guy, the reason there is a bunch of problems with the Surface is simply because of Skywest. There are fixes for everything that you guys (and us) have, but Skywest decides what updates we get and locks it down to limited updates/control.

Once you're free from the skywest lock, the product is great. So you can thank your upper management for our problems.

I have a 3 pro, it’s a night and day difference.

We got the bottom of the barrel in ram and processor. That’s why it’s as bad as it is.

ive got the newest surface. popped for the top of the line everything. this is the best device i have ever owned or used. i hate the ipads we have at psa. insanely slow. laggy, buggy. junk.
