Default What to expect at a Skywest recruiting event.

It's at an airshow.
What to wear? I'd rather not wear a suit and tie to an airshow.
If you interview there is it a get to know you type interview?
Can you apply there?
Any other experiences?

Expect rainbows and unicorns....They won’t tell you how they are shutting down the union side of the company and how that is being received in the industry.

Please elaborate. Define "industry" - namely who specifically in the industry besides disgruntled (rightfully so) ExpressJet pilots.

Delta pilots. The conversation while commuting or deadheading usually goes like this:
"You work for 9E?"
"You just get a bunch of planes from ASA, right?"
"It's a shame what SkyWest has done to that airline."

Yah being a pilot there you are personally responsible for the shutdown of Express. You should feel such shame that you should go somewhere else. If you don’t no one else in the industry will hire you.......

9E just got like 36 airplanes from ASA/XJT...
