Yeah. Seems like an extra $20,000 per year seems worth giving up 6-7 months of seniority.

Really hope you guys get a pay raise soon.

How many time have you seen airlines say not hiring tell 2019. Then they revise mid 2019, then 2020. Take first class you can at OO. Apply at Endeavor. And get some experience in the CRJ before you make a lateral move. But i would guess by summer we match FO pay..

Skywest won’t match Endeavor pay.

I agree. Go to SKW. Then, make a lateral move to Endeavor if it makes sense. 6 months of flying is 400+ hours. And, right now, upgrades are quick. The goal isn’t to make money at a regional, but to move to a legacy carrier as soon as possible.

Detroit. Although the last initial class, I believe 2 got ATL. The class before, all went to DTW. You can almost assuredly get ATL before you finish IOE, probably even sim training, if that is what you are looking for.
