Correct, if you are guaranteed line holder (not target) and your line award is less than 75 and you did not tell PBS to waive minimum guarantee they will make up the difference. Also happened to me once, it was only like 30 minutes of pay but it will be made up on your second pay period check. the 7th of the following month.
edit: sorry, 75 hrs for line holders, 75:36 for reserve

Guarantee is 75 hours for line holders, 75.6 for reserves. I don’t know where everyone’s getting 76 from. If you don't waive the default min credit and are awarded less than 75 hours you will be paid the difference to bring you up to 75 (rare, as Rick said).

I'm sure you're correct on 75, my memory fades.

When MDG was 4.0 hours it was 76. When it went up to 4:12 they put it back at 75.

And guys just to clarify a mistake in my original post, I was off the 20th and 21st. Those days were changed to reserve. Day trip on the 22nd.
What's weird is that I'm within the targeted line holders and still got a composite.

A certain number will be guaranteed line holders. A few more below them will be "targeted" line holders, but that's not guaranteed, more for your planning purposes. Usually a pretty safe bet, but if seniors plus up their lines more than anticipated, you could end up composite or even reserve.

Targeted line holders are the ones who get composites for the most part.
