I assume you're on the CRJ? Any idea on the current wait for ERJ?

I was told to expect about a 10 week wait for IOE. That was 2.5 weeks ago when I completed the LOE check ride.

Are you still paid at 65 hour per month training rate while you wait? Are they recommending jump seating weekly? Hopefully there is good communication.
pay. I’d highly recommend you doing observation flight while waiting. |

Did they say this was so they could push upgrades through first? That is an very long time not to be consolidating knowledge from a new type.
My pay was adjusted to the guaranteed reserve that was mentioned above once I passed LOE, so that is good. My plan is to start doing observation flights as much as possible once we finish our move closer to the assigned domicile. Don't want to get to rusty while waiting and there is only so much you can talk to yourself while pushing "buttons" on the wall poster. ;) |
Starting training next week. Is the cockpit wall poster provided to each person in training or is it an extracurricular that we need to buy if we want one in our hotel room or at home?
