The crew pay tab may not be accurate for several days though until the payroll person does their job.

4:12 for the days you weren't used as well as any day you worked that credited less than 4:12 will be brought up to guarantee.

I know PDX is an ERJ base but others have suggested the CRJ so I wanted to get a general consensus on here. I appreciate your opinion!

ERJ. Unless you want to commute.... don’t worry about flight time. Unless you itching to get to major as fast as you can..

Not wrong, but I guess you can’t have your cake and eat it too, I guess. Either you commute or you wait for flight time or an upgrade

What would you do in my situation? It has been suggested by non-Skywest pilots that I could fly a CRJ at SFO or SLC and get the faster upgrade.
