Congrats! I interviewed the day after you so hopefully I'm soon on the list haha. Are you taking the offer? If so, CRJ or ERJ?

After a 6 week wait I finally got a call as well. So far ERJ class dates are June and CRJ is as soon as end of this month. Hope this helps

Response times?

I interviewed with OO close to the end of last week. The interview went astoundingly well and the interviewer was happy with my preparation for it, so I feel I have a good shot. I am curious on what average response times people are seeing after they interview? Is it typically an email or phone call?

I emailed them after like 8 business days with no reply. Sent another on day 10 or 11 and had a reply with an offer within the hour.

Wait times

For any new hires that went through the SkyWest Training, how long did it take from ATP/CTP to IOE on the CRJ and/or ERJ?

Quick follow up:
I just received an email with an offer, but no class date yet. Recruiter said they are working to align 2023 class dates with overall availability, and will share more details on class dates as soon as they’re available.

Hey Folks,

I have a CFI at my former school who is asking what your training pay is. Republic pushed his class off till “after April” so he’s considering SKW now.

Training pay is 65 hours a month guarantee. Upon passing LOE it increases to 75 hours.

Thanks. Any training delays other than class dates pushed out.
