Default Flight times

So I know there has been other threads about this but this is constantly changing especially over the last several months so just thought I’d get updated response.

I know reserve has been short on junior bases but I’m just wondering for those on reserve or just starting a line, how much are you crediting and how much of that is actual hard time?? I’ve heard some places of reserve not only being long but then only getting 15-30hrs block In a month. Thanks

You'll be flying 80 to 100 hours/month in either base within 6 months of starting class.

ERJ vs CRJ is vastly different.... going into summer flying now. Except 80+ a month block on the CRJ

LGA based on the 175. Was on reserve for a month before I held a line. On reserve I did about 50 hours that month. As a line-holder I average about 85 hours of block a month and about 100 hours of credit.

Thanks for the info! That’s good to hear, I know it’ll pick up in the summer but it sounds like rsv is down for the junior areas. Looking at crj dtw most likely

If I had to do it over again I would have chosen SkyWest CRJ DTW (Could have lived with family). I’m 11 months in to Horizon Q400 at PDX bidding 89% with 240 hours.

Who knew reverse shiny jet syndrome would be my downfall lol.

I feel like a lateral move would be too late at this point.
