I really want to make Skywest but I also don't want to torture myself into studying loads of references and what they would probably ask is a few of tell me about a time and personality questions.
I studied for two weeks and my interview was 4 hours. 3 of which was 1 on 1 with half of that being technical. I was very happy I studied as much as I did. It was very thorough. I bought and read two of the books they asked me to. Personally I like being over prepared than under and it worked out well for me. I also studied aviation interviews.com but not all of my questions were on there but it gives you a good outline to guide your studies. This job is a step for your career, don’t cut corners!
