Default Cheap Cell Phone Plans

Does anyone have Cricket Wireless or another frugal wireless carrier that has good reception service? Trying to save money as I am the only breadwinner.

Look into Consumer Cellular. May not be a fit if you/fam use lots of data, but cell rates are good and CC offers considerable flexibility on data plans (can easily change month-to-month and can upgrade data package retroactive to the beginning of your cycle if usage dictates). I’ve had no more coverage issues with CC than I did with Verizon overall.

There is, but not on the unlimited plans. Bring your badge to the store and they take a picture of it and attach it to your profile. If I recall correctly it was 15% off.

Got a good deal on the 5GB plan but I, a millennial, require more than that for the many important things I do. /s

I've had Cricket for years now. It's AT&T owned just slowed down. I never have a problem loading 1080p YouTube videos or with reception, it's excellent. I also often utilize the free Mexico and Canada service. I couldn't justify spending double the money for less data at "mainline" (AT&T). I've also tried TMobile and MetroPCS. Their service was fast when you were in a decent sized city, but right outside of city limits I rarely had service.

How is cricket on social media sites and the company website for listing flights etc... we are leaning to save a bundle with cricket for a family of 5

Everything works as well as it did with AT&T. All apps and my regional's (not skywest) website loads right away.
