Default CRJ training backed up

New hires.
Do not go to the CRJ right now.
training is backed up for months, the wait time for IOE is creeping up to 9-11 weeks.

Why aren't we seeing the same issues for the ERJ? Is it just the amount of CRJ upgrades that we are running monthly right now? I thought we were running just about the same amount of new hires on each airplane?

Over at Mesa, those that started training in June are just now finishing 7 months later and that does not include IOE.

I waited 8 weeks for IOE in 2017, what are you trying to say. Stay home with your family and get paid. You will still finish before consolidation unlike other places.

Your bosses promised too much to Delta in DTW too soon, and now they're trying to catch up before they lose more flying there. Delta has already taken back some flying in March and April.

So Endeavor couldn’t handle the left over flying though? Glad to hear the flying will be covered by Delta.

True. Latest OO DVR wanted an additional 80 CRJ CAs in DTW. Obviously they had something planned and their plan isn't working. This will only continue!

Delta took it away from OO. 9E is covering it instead. Feel better now?

You LOVE drinking that Endeavor Kool-Aid. I’d feel better if Delta picked up it’s own flying.
