Yes, and same story here. And with 1 other CFI I work with. Interview went very well. Maybe 1-2 questions I was thrown off by, but captain said the same thing. I think as others have stated, they’ve basically just stopped FO hiring. There’s no need right now.
I’m guessing you too were in the “cadet” pipeline, and they technically guaranteed us an interview, so they’re just doing them out of formality.

So I’m a cadet with an interview coming up soon, can someone give insight on if I should cancel it and reschedule in the future when they are more likely to give CJOs out? Or just interview and hope that we are kept in their back pocket. Don’t want to waste my guaranteed interview if the answer is TBNT regardless of how I do.

For anyone else who has had long waits for response on an interview, here is an update I got recently. I interviewed Nov 2, 2022. I was told 1 week and I'd hear back from someone. After multiple attempts to get a hold of someone for the better part of 2 months just to find the results of my interview, I gave up. Last Thursday, Feb 16, I was emailed a CJO from my recruiter that I've never heard anything from the last 3 months. She said she didn't know class dates but would get back to me "soon."
