And if the concern is that I will go somewhere else, and it is an overriding concern, then why the CJO? It's just strange. What is funny about this is that regionals don't think anyone will stay around - hence the pathways programs and guaranteed interviews. I'm glad to hear there is movement in the pipeline, but it is definitely frustrating to see others go before you that were selected after you without knowing how or why that decision is being made. I was hopeful someone may have insight into what was happening within recruiting and training that would shed light on how priority of new hire onboarding is occurring.

I agree with this 100%. Shocked that prior 121s aren’t the first to be onboarded. Everyone needs captains

Does anyone know how long it is taking to receive a date for training?

I interviewed on 9/28 and received my CJO on 10/02. My class date (CRJ) is 1/3/24. I have already completed the SkyWest-sponsored ATP-CTP course.

I know of another person who received his CJO in June, and he's still waiting fo a date. That's for the ERJ though. They told him sometime between Mar-June 24.

Do you have a CJO?

Probably because they are getting hundreds of those exact emails a day. When did you interview?

I haven't been assigned anything yet but I have been told to expect 7-8 months between CJO and class....I opted for either airframe whichever has closer class
