Post Skywest domicile/seniority

Hi,

I see on the Skywest website that they have a base/domicile in Houston/IAH. Is that a senior domicile? Or, can one expect to go there straight out of training?

Thx.

That website also shows the most junior hire date for FO's and CA's. Use that to determine how senior a base is. Currently, you will not get IAH right out of training. Probably a 2-4 month wait.

Is it actually accurate? PHX CRJ FO used to always be the most senior base. Now it shows pretty much new hires get it

It updates a few days after base transfers each month. From what I've seen, it's been very accurate. PHX is the 3rd largest CRJ base, and they are consistently posting vacancies there. People aren't getting it RIGHT out of training, but movement there is fast from what I see.

I can confirm that there was one person in the 3/20 FO class that was awarded PHX for their domicile.
