Based on the age of your account and the fact that all you do is come on here and complain about all the horrible things management has done to destroy careers, you must have been cut loose. The few times I have been aware of part of the situation surrounding a pilot termination, the termination seemed like it was 100% justified (that said, there may have been other pieces I was not aware of. Based on your attitude, it seems like you are just venting your frustrations on an anonymous forum because it feels safe and anyone who knows anything about the termination can't say that the termination was justified because they don't know who the person is, or what the situation was.

If you want some simpathy or support, share the situation. If the situation is truly as bad as you make it out to be, I'm sure you will find plenty of support among OO pilots.

Otherwise, quit bringing it up, TG isn't going to come on here and respond to you on a public forum.

Going to take a while to get any details, if any. Hell, I am still waiting for the big reveal that was promised.

Also all employees are afforded a review board. Pers from all emp groups are brought in to hear both sides. (Unless its part of the “big” 5?). Other the the one event that was two people that did jot get along. You have to think over the last 20 years SkyWest has had 15,000 plus pilots cycle through the company and were talking about maybe one event?? That may or may not have been justified. And that is up to a review board. Time to move along dude….

I quit completely on my own with a proper 2-week notice. Then the BS began, Tracy marked my PRD saying I had Not given a proper 2-week notice and even went as far as changing my separation date. I knew OO had done things like this to others so naturally I took screenshots of my schedule and of course have a copy of my PRD. This was just the beginning of the, let's call it, the unethical trail to follow. TTG you sure act like a Bitter Woman Scorned. Good news for me is you did your BS enough times it finally got back to me via the horse's mouth.........

This! You cant have a 4 day trip, then 4 days off and give notice 6 days before your last trip starts. Last day of employment is last day worked. you're not the only one to get burned by it.

Did you call out for your last trip or something. I know of a guy that gave a two week notice, but called off for his four day at the end of his last two weeks. Essentially called out on day 10 of 14. As others have said, they always back day your last day to the last day you worked, it's a company policy, but also puts your notice as less than two weeks. SAPA would have even told you the same thing, I remember a couple years ago on the SAPA forums there was a huge post about how to avoid issues like this.

Also, if you think TG actually puts things into the PRD or even does anything with your separation date, you're out of your mind. Those forms are all filled out by the base chief / acp.

So whats the rest of the story? Did you have another job lined up, or what was the reason for you putting in your "2 weeks"?
