Not to get too 8th grade civics on you but:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Your right to freedom of speech under the 1st Ammendment is protected from Congress, not the owners/operators of YouTube.

Correct. Freedom of speech actually protects your speech from any limitation by federal, state, or local government. Only. This is no way implies that you can say anything, about anyone, at any time, without civil repercussions (I know this will come as shock to certain young people).

1st Amendment does not in any way prevent an employer from limiting your speech or firing you if they don't like something you said, in public or private. There are legal protections for certain specific speech activities against an employer, such as union activities and whistleblowing.

The government cannot even restrict your right to tell harmful lies either, but anyone damaged by said lies (slander or libel) can sure as heck sue your butt...that's between you and them.
