2. What is the current upgrade time? Is it still looking like 4-5 years?

Again, thank you for your time.
Horizon.

However you can hold Denver in about four months.

Upgrade is right at 4 years currently.
Choose the CRJ if you want this...

Plus with attrition ramping up so is training... I would say Upgrades will drop this summer to well below 4. They are saying 2.5. But i would guess 3..

Doubt it. I'm at 2 years and I'm 400 numbers from the most Jr capt. Unless we upgrade 80 a month, it ain't gonna happen

You assume all 400 of those guys are going to take the first available upgrade. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see sub 3-year upgrades this year.

Hiring paused for most of 2013, my wild idea is that upgrades won't crack a rough 4 years until the end of 2017 if things stay as they have.

The guy from ANC should apply at Horizon and Atlas

There are several hundred guys above the most Jr captain also who have bypassed....

5 months ago I was 495 from most Jr captain. Now I'm 405

You do the math.

Not gonna happen. They already have 100 reserves for the 175 in ORD. That is more than enough pilots for all the deliveries we have this year.

Not sure how many are coming before the end of the year, but at least 47 by "mid 2017".
