Um, no, you haven't.
The most junior FO in SFO has more than a year and 2 months seniority. He got awarded the base in November. There has been nobody junior to him make it in. Also, the list to get in is LONG.
It's a 58CA/58FO base. Over 70 people want in. Do the math, and in those 70, 7 or 8 are senior to me, and I'm 1year, 3 months.

To any new hire into the jet, DO NOT PLAN for PDX, SEA, SFO, LAX.
PDX and SEA will take years. I was in the 1st new hire class we had last year, and I'm nowhere near it. (don't want it, but just saying I can't hold it, or come anywhere near).
SFO, LAX (jet) are at least 2+ years from hire at this point. They are small bases, and when someone gets in, it's where they want, and they stay. There's very little movement, unless it's for upgrade.

Plan MSP and IAH in your 1st year. Any other bases might happen, but those are the only 2 guarantees. But unless you go into the Bro, the west coast bases are just not happening.

FAT on the RJ FO has always been pretty quick to get for new hires (Within 6 months). However FAT RJ lines are not commutable so if you’re living out west it might as well be easier to commute (or move) to a new hire base out east and move up the seniority list at those bases.

Spot on post, however IAH isn't even a guarantee first year anymore. The entire November class last year went there, but since then no one junior to that has gotten in, while in the meantime guys have gone to SLC, ORD, FAT, DEN, and COS. Also, it would seem MSP has stopped growing, and while I'm sure there are people still trying to get out, it seems there are plenty of commuters who go there now to capitalize on the relative seniority boost. I'm curious to see where the guys in these summer classes go, and I'd bet it's a good mix of basically everywhere except the west coast.

I stand corrected. Plan on being reserve for a while if you get DEN.. iAH and MSP got a few line chasers indeed and stopped growing it looks like.
