I wasn't aware that Delta already had AirTran 717s on property.

Until they do, Delta is scoped out on >50 seat aircraft.

You are incorrect. There are no scope changes until the 717's show.

Watch SKW use them for at risk flying (codeshare) for somebody. The Airtran thing was pretty successful.
