Folks, we are entering a fun little era of whipsaw against the SkyWest airlines. XJT has a concessionary TA and SAPA has been presented with concessionary work rules.
The second one of these groups flinches, we start a nice TSA/GoJet style whipsaw.
"Vote this in and you'll get the next batch of shiny new E175's"
No thanks!
Please be strong and support each other!
I'd personally like to see all 7000 SkyWest INC pilots under one representation. Fence the certificates if you want, but give me one list and allow seniority transfers when the airplanes switch certificates. Give me SAPA, ALPA, or another party...now THAT's bargaining power.

Also, you might want to reconsider ALPA. As you said, there are far better ways to get actual representation.

What are e concessions that SAPA has been presented with?

From what I have heard the concessions SkyWest wants from SAPA would be holiday pay, deadhead pay and the biggest issue that SAPA won't budge on is continuing BHO for the 175 pay.
