Default SkyWest FA's filing lawsuit

Skywest Flight Attendant Lawsuit | Unpaid Wages | ClassAction.org

Looks like our FA's are nutting up and demanding to be paid properly. While I don't think they will be, I hope they are somehow successful. There is no reason we shouldn't be paid from check-in until check-out.

Serious questions, are there any airlines that pay any different? Except for per diem which starts at check-in, all the duties we do are for free.

Did anyone actually read this? I fell off the couch when they listed verifying the plane has been refueled as a flight attendant duty.

No, but other airlines operate under union contracts which supercede the min wage laws.

SkyWest, being non-union, could be held accountable. This suit actually has merit. Will be interesting to watch.
