Skywest v2.0

Aside from that, if Endeavor does pass their TA, the difference in pay would be peanuts. Call it cutting off your nose to spite your face or call it sticking to your principles, I don't care. Over the years, I've built up a fairly successful side business, so I can afford to leave Inc's pittance on the table. If Inc really wants us, they can look at a 3-way integration with ASA, SKW, and XJT, and real recognized representation (doesn't have to be ALPA). Till then, we'll all keep bailing to greener pastures. May not be a major right away, but it sure is better than the bottom of an unrepresented list

It would only be a two way integration now. The XJT ISL of ~2200 pilots and the Skywest list. And any representation (or lack thereof) decisions would be decided by vote of all the pilots.

Whats upgrade time running these days at Skywest?

Most junior CA in DTW is a June 2016 hire. But as mentioned, if one has the time, you can get it sooner than that.

What is the word on a real Atlanta base? Is Inc. waiting for the XJT base to close? Crew-room space in Atlanta is in short supply and I can't imagine them having a mixed Skywest/XJT crew-room. That would be an MMA event.

Full crew base opens next month. Reserve base now.
I highly doubt a split crew room.

We have a temporary crew room as of now that has to be accessed via SIDA. Actual lines for December. All 200 flying but other bases have a few 700s and 900s coming through ATL. Things are shaping up to be interesting.

Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain our sim training records for MV and LOE? I know you can obtain basic AQP training records from SWOL but, there is is nothing there for the actual checks.
