Centerline hooked me up with the LOI interview portion. It was done over Skype and we rehearsed 7 min scenarios till I was comfortable. They gave me as much as I needed and were there up until the day prior for any last min questions.

That said RK had a pretty notorious reputation for sniffing out guys who used prep and ending their swa careers before they even began when she did interviews. The fact that she has turned around and opened a prep service that charges nearly double what other ask just doesn't sit right with me, especially when there are other firms that do the exact same thing.
This HR stuff isn't rocket science. Prep is good, canned prep is bad. I'm sure RK Knows her stuff but I personally wouldnt give her my business over some of the other prep services that charge significantly less and are run by pilots.

I am sure the interview prep guys do a great job especially for military guys that may not have ever had a real job interview.
That said, I am not a fan of the prep at all as I used one when I first separated many years ago and unfortunately SWA was my first interview so I only had the prep to go by.
I never made it past the F2F on that one and after decided not to do any prep other than researching the company I was wanting to work for. The be yourself method worked MUCH better for me and the companies I didn't get offers from were ones I didn't think I would fit into well anyway based on the interview atmosphere. (UAL comes to mind but there were a couple more.)
IMO rehearsed answers sound rehearsed.

I paid for some interview prep and found it very useful as a retiring air force fighter guy. It helped me to examine my experiences and see where some of the things I've done are somewhat useful to a person interviewing airline applicants. I also hadn't interviewed for anything with an HR person before, or for any job outside the military. My lack of interview experience made me pretty nervous. Doing the prep let me interview with quite a bit more confidence, which allowed me to "be myself", which wouldn't have happened without the preparation. During the interviews, I think I gave one somewhat canned answer, but the rest were just honest conversations.
I would think someone comfortable with, or at least experienced with HR interviews, and with obviously relevant airline experience would get less out of it. My specific situation and personality lent itself to doing some guided prep work I would have struggled with doing on my own.
Just because you prepare, doesn't mean you have to act like a robot reading a script.

I'm not sure if this has been covered, but I was wondering if there were any resources available for the Application and Resume portion, specifically the Pilot Credential site. Most of the "interview prep" websites I've visited spend all the time just talking about prep for the HR F2F portion. Not that I don't probably need help there too, but as many have said the HR team at SW really tries to weed out those with too many rehearsed answers.
There are just a few different ways to interpret how certain boxes might be filled, and getting the application exactly as they want it is the first step toward that in-person interview. Thanks in advance, and good luck everyone applying.

I used Charlie at Checked and Set to review my paperwork and Centerline for interview prep. I would recommend both companies.
Charlie is very thorough with your paperwork and gave me several excellent ideas for enhancing my resume.
I had not interviewed in 10 years so using Centerline helped me to organize my own life experience for the interview. They are very tuned into the hiring process at SW and again gave me some good insight. I was never prompted to give canned answers but telling my stories allowed me to better organize and relay the highlights of my life and career.
I also split the services so that I could get more opinions and didn't pay for interview prep until I actually got the invite.
