When I was doing interview prep, the guy I was talking to seemed to be "in the know" and hasn't heard of anyone under the age of 30 hired in SWA recently.

January had two new hires under 30 in class

If my math is correct, there are about a dozen guys/gals under 30 on the seniority list right now. All hired within the last year(ish).

So is there a submit button on pilot credential? I have all the green check marks, is that good enough? I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

There were none in my class last year. I’m 35 and was the third youngest in my class.

As already stated, there are a handful of people under 30. Most classes the youngest is 33-34ish though, with a spread up to upper 50’s and occasionally 60’s
