They only check your employment for the last 5 years and will call some of your references within the company. I had 7 reference letters and 3 were called.

I was sent a personal email about them starting my background checks, etc., and one of my references has been checked, that I know of anyway. Pray these are all good signs. Has anyone only had one reference called and been hired?

Good signs so far. Once a decision has been made to hire you, a new tab called “preflight Study” will appear in your PilotCredentials.

I am in the same boat. I just interviewed this week, felt great on the logbook and LOI, but the HR was not as easy to read. I answered the questions truthfully, but wish on some of them that I would have gone into more detail. The LOI 7 minutes was the fastest 7 min in my life, but now waiting 2 weeks for the board to meet will be the longest two weeks. Lol

I interviewed two weeks ago. My Decision board is today. I received the background check email a few days after the interview and had 3 references called.

I thought the logbook review and 7 min drill went well. The HR portion was a tougher read. Like others have stated here, I think it went okay but definitely far from perfect.
