Got a email from Southwest today....

Got a email from Southwest today....
I’ve applied to the last three open windows at Southwest. This is the first time I’ve gotten a email stating I wasn’t selected. The funny thing is, is that it was for the June app window. I haven’t heard anything concerning the March window or the September window. It also stated that I was welcome to keep applying to any future windows that open up. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gotten emails like this in the past? Did they just start doing this? My ICIMS shows no indication that they looked at my app. It’s still saying “submission received” on all three app windows. Thoughts?

I applied to three or four windows before I got the interview invite. I only got one “no thanks” email, for the first or second window I applied to I believe.

I think its only recently that they started emailing after cleaning out the system.
From August 22nd:
Today, September 20th.
Kind of weird though because the email today says I wasnt selected in the June 2018 hiring window, even though Ive applied during every open window and my job submittals show I applied in March, and then not again until August and then September. Maybe I missed a window? Who knows.
I have 6 job submittals and these are the only 2 times Ive received an email like this.
From August 22nd:

Same thing for me. March & August windows are still received submission, June window went closed complete. Not sure what to make of this. I heard they were full thru end of Dec. I applied to seven windows total, and this is the first such email I've received. Mine was from the June hiring expo window.
