Actually, they won't. The NTSB declined to investigate and turned it over to the Austin PD. The Austin PD say the victim was well known to them with a history of mental issues.
So I'm certain there will be no pilot error involved, regardless of what the previous poster might want to believe.

I’m surprised the NTSB won’t take the lead in an accident that falls within their jurisdiction. Maybe it being a potential security issue, it’s not in their wheel house?

Oh no .. Not political ... Referring to the perimeter fence ... Seems most SW injuries occur outside the perimeter fence.
