Default 24%

24% of the pilot group took some for of long term leave, either retirement or PLOA.

I think the company is very happy/relieved with those results. Final early retirement numbers will be out next week after the 7 day rescind window closes on the last minute VSP bids.

Excellent news for everyone involved. Security (hopefully) for those on the bottom, higher line values for those who are staying, time off with a generous paycheck for those who are headed out

Somebody on the SWAPA forum just said 33% of the FAs took one of the programs.

"As we communicated yesterday, the influx of bids we had in the moments leading up to the deadline was higher than we anticipated. This is a good problem to have for the future of our Company, but as you can imagine, has created a heavier workload to evaluate each bid and award accordingly. We will be awarding all VSP bids, and will work through the ExTO bids to ensure we make the decision that benefits both our Company and our People in the best way possible. Although we adjusted the deadline for communicating the awards, I wanted to share that roughly 33% of active Flight Attendants elected for either the VSP or ExTO program. The rest of our Company had significant participation as well, which is great news."
