That guy needs to be reported and evaluated. That kind of hatred is the same hatred as someone who would go and shoot up a public place.

Yes. Let’s put demographics before hiring safe pilots that know what they’re doing. That’s worked out so well in the past (most recently Atlas Air in Texas).

Hiring a person based on skin color, sex, or if they’re a rainbow chaser is the most idiotic thing a company can do.

Please that guy was a special case, the conversations I have heard in the cockpit and while jumpseating on swa is absolutely the same kinda hate. As a Sicilian American I am tired of constantly being asked where I am from.

Large companies can afford it, at least at lower worker bee levels. At the top, there's a room full of old white dudes with a couple of tokens that know their place.

What’s racist about asking a person’s background? I happen to like people and hearing about what makes them unique as well as what makes them tick. I also appreciate hearing how they got to where they are as well as telling my story. If someone can’t take a little sincere inquiry then maybe they should shut themselves in to protect their delicate feelings.
