I was hearing that upgrade times should be coming down from that figure for current F/Os too. I guess it depends on west vs east coast. |

(ask me how I know) Also, currently about 9100 pilots, about 400 retirements per year for the next 10 years, so to get to 50% without growth takes 11 years. If you can upgrade before you hit 60% there's a reason (work weekends, xmas, 4th/7.....). |
